What Is Astashica?
Astashica is a war-torn, high-tech planet where exiled survivors of the Xothek Galaxy founded new dominions after escaping a galactic civil war. Six chieftains — Cosmus, Salgar, Val’katl, Gorak, Uxnal, and Meiannia — hijacked a Xothek warship called the Defiance Vanguard, carrying their people and forbidden technologies through a wormhole to this new world.
Over centuries, they formed independent city-states. Their battles reshaped the planet’s surface and awakened ancient systems hidden in its oceans and soil.
What Powers This World?
The world runs on Kuprix — a living artificial energy created by the Xothek. It responds to thought, memory, genetics, and resonance. Kuprix powers mechas, weapons, ships, cities, and relics buried in the land. Some beings, like Tlandar, can interact with it directly.
The planet is also controlled by XENOVIS, a global grid of buried AI supernodes — a fully sentient network inherited from the old Xothek empire. There are no satellites. Everything on Astashica is connected by underground fiber lines and hidden nodes.
Who Is Tlandar?
Tlandar Varn was raised as a rancher in Verdantis Nexus, tending cattle with his father Kaelis Varn and mother Almira Sareth. When neutral Ixtielan marauders attacked their homeland, Tlandar fled with his family and encountered the spirit of Astashica — a projection tied to ancient technology.
Tlandar is genetically compatible with the planetary defense system hidden beneath the Sea of Silura — a basin of ancient Acheron pyramids. These pyramids use Kuprix-powered antigravity and electromagnetic fields, allowing full control of distant physical objects through gesture and thought. Only Tlandar can activate them.
